I want to take up an office at Greenspace, how long will it take to get set up?
Today! Once the entry form has been completed (following your visit) and the necessary documents have been provided, you can settle in directly.
What documents do I need to bring in order to become a resident?
You simply need to provide a photocopy of your identity document, a proof of address, a K-bis extract (if your company is already registered) and an insurance certificate (Professional Civil Liability). All to be uploaded in your entry form.
Is the space really accessible 24/7?
Yes absolutely! You can enjoy Greenspace at any time you want 365 days a year! Even outside of reception hours, thanks to secure access
Is it possible to change seats during the year?
Do you realize that you are a bit too far away from the coffee machine? Within the limits of available seats, you can change offices if yours does not suit you completely.
Is it possible to store things in space?
The Fixed Stations offer allows you to have your own office with a key locker and a few storage boxes. You can therefore bring your things and store them in the boxes provided. For “nomadic” Residents, there is no storage included in the offer since you come to sit and work at large shared tables.
My team is growing, can I easily modulate my subscription and change my offer?
Your team is growing, that's good news! We are flexible, within the limit of the places available in the space, you can completely change offers and even switch to a private office if there are any available.
Can I welcome customers to Greenspace?
Yes, of course! You can welcome your customers in the various meeting rooms, but also invite them to have a coffee in the cafeteria.
Is it possible to borrow a screen?
Yes, with a fixed station, we can lend you a screen. However, we recommend that you bring your own, which will probably better meet the specific needs of your business.
Is it possible to print?
At Greenspace, we are committed to protecting the planet. That's why we don't offer a centralized printing solution. Our team, always attentive to your needs, can nevertheless print your documents on request.
Is it possible to call in open spaces?
We have numerous Call boxes and meeting rooms to allow all residents to make their calls in complete peace of mind, making Greenspace one of the quietest spaces in Paris.
