Here are some “best practices” and rules of use that allow everyone to benefit from Greenspace in the best conditions
Store your belongings (food or Tupperware) in the dedicated compartments (located under the bar)
Put your name on the food products stored in the fridge (using the labels provided)
At the top of our Kallax, no dusty files or forgotten filing cabinets: this is the VIP spot reserved for plants. They benefit from the light, and we enjoy their company.
A new glass fridge has been installed in Greenspace. Not to display designer yogurts, but for everyone to see what is hidden in them. The principle is simple: you don't want any more? You drop it off. You pass by and are you tempted?
You take it. No complicated rules, just a small gourmet recycling circuit to share between neighbors.
Do not leave your things in the spaces, or make them stick out of your desk (use your lockers as much as possible to store them).
Do not leave cutlery/plates/tuperware/condiments on your desk or in meeting rooms (storage is available in the cafet).
Greenspace wants to be a “zero waste” space. Paper and plastic trash cans are available in all workspaces and a recycling point for special waste (batteries, ink cartridges, electronic waste, lightbulbs) is located near the entrance.
Because we prefer to avoid disposable packaging, we provide reusable containers. Borrow to go get your lunch from our merchant neighbors... and bring back afterwards, so that the loop continues.
Phoneboxes and meeting rooms are there for you: express brainstorm, improvised call or improvised appointment, use yourself freely.
But if someone knocks softly on the door, that's the signal: they booked, the seat is theirs. In this case, you finish your sentence, you put your pen away... Simple, smooth, stress-free.
Safety is everyone's business. Greenspace is accessible 24/7 and has put in place several devices to guarantee your peace of mind and secure your goods: two access doors form an airlock, video surveillance cameras monitor traffic, the main access from the street in fact by personal badge or via the intercom that allows you to open the door to your guests from your phone.
But negligence soon happened. Remember to close the doors behind you and not to let strangers in (especially during the hours between dog and wolf: very early in the morning and at the end of the day).
And don't be afraid to report any malfunctions or unusual behavior.
Greenspace was designed to work peacefully from your office: carpet and acoustic partitions, large and spaced desks, high ceilings,... But in some cases this is not enough (do you notice the glances your neighbours are sending you?).
You have a strong voice, a lively conversation with a customer or someone on your team: stay zen and control your voice. If that's not enough, consider using one of the many spaces we have planned to isolate you: call boxes, meeting rooms, and the many cozy corners that await you!
Here is a definition that we really like at Greenspace:
Caring: Ability to be forgiving, kind, and caring to others in a selfless and understanding manner.
And we think that if you like it too, there is a great chance that things will go very well between us.
*Yes, we invented a french word. No, it does not exist. But it sounded too good to be ignored.
At Greenspace, our ambition is to become one of the best workspaces on the planet. It's not necessarily obvious, but at least we're working on it.
And in this you have a big role to play: do not hesitate to come see us and tell us what we can change and improve.
Listening to you. Whatever the cost.
