Greenspace is an independent coworking that does not play advertising: a bright, quiet and accessible space where you come to escape the distractions of home. Here, the high ceilings, the volumes and the industrial architecture create a setting that inspires and breathes, where the community of a hundred residents makes each day more lively. Hence the famous adage: “we come for the wifi, we stay for the neighbors”.

At Greenspace, space evolves at the pace of those who use it. As for the location, we are constantly adapting: flexible contracts at a fair and all-inclusive price, corners to focus, others to discuss, call boxes to isolate ourselves, and always special care for light, acoustics and the air we breathe. On the community side, wealth comes from diversity: here creative freelancers, startups, NGOs, IT developers, consultants or urban planners live side by side, each bringing their own color to the whole. Clearly, continuous improvement for us is not a big word: it is what makes the place live, change and remain true to its spirit as it grows.
Greenspace was created by Amaury de Buchet in 2010, with a simple idea: to offer a workplace where you breathe, where you talk to each other, and where calm is not a luxury but an obvious one. In a former industrial building in the 11th arrondissement, we imagined a bright, warm and independent space, far from the standardized atmospheres of large networks.

In 2016, we expanded the space for the first time, improved our services, hundreds of coworkers passed through our doors every day. In 2025, a new phase began, we took over the 1st floor and now own the entire 28 rue du Chemin Vert. We are completely renovating the place and developing our visual identity, with the desire to remain even more sustainable over time and in the neighborhood. er étage et possédons désormais tout le 28 rue du Chemin Vert. Nous rénovons entièrement le lieu et faisons évoluer notre identité visuelle, avec l’envie de nous inscrire plus durablement encore dans le temps et dans le quartier.
